Creative Style
By booking with me, you’re trusting my eye, style, and artistic approach. While I always strive to deliver images that reflect your day authentically and beautifully, final images may not match every example seen on my website, social media, or portfolio.

Image Delivery
Your gallery will include a curated collection of professionally edited images. Raw, unedited files are not provided, as they don’t reflect my artistry or brand promise.

Circumstances Beyond Control
While I make every effort to ensure smooth coverage of your wedding day, I cannot be held liable for circumstances outside of my control—such as weather, venue restrictions, unexpected guest behavior, or technical issues beyond reasonable prevention.

Image Usage
You’ll receive personal usage rights for your images (printing, sharing, and enjoying them with family and friends). Commercial use, resale, or editing of images is not permitted without written consent.

Liability
In the rare case of unforeseen illness, emergency, or equipment failure, I will make every effort to secure a trusted replacement photographer or issue an appropriate resolution in line with our contract. My liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Timeliness
I uphold timelines with care and intention, but delivery dates are estimates and may adjust slightly during peak seasons.

 My goal is always to serve you with excellence and care. This disclaimer is simply here to keep expectations clear, so you can relax and fully enjoy your day while I focus on capturing it with heart and artistry.
